Amoxil
$72.90Common use. Amoxil is a broad-spectrum antibiotic from aminopenicillin group. Its mechanism of action is anti-bacterial and consists in inhibition of construction of bacteria cell walls sensitive to Amoxicillin. Cell walls serve to protect bacteria from environment and action of Amoxicillin prevents their propagation. Amoxicillin can be effective against H. influenzae, N. gonorrhoea, E. coli, Pneumococci, Streptococci, and certain strains of Staphylococci. Microorganisms producing penicillase are resistible to Amoxicillin. The medication is not active toward mycobacteria, mycoplasmas, genus Rickettsia, fungi, amoeba, plasmodium, viruses and also Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Proteus spp. (excluding P. mirabilis).Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Tell your doctor before taking this medication if you are allergic to cephalosporins (Ceclor, Ceftin, Duricef, Keflex), have had asthma, serious liver or kidney impairement, a bleeding or blood clotting disorders, mononucleosis or any type of allergic reaction in history. You may take Amoxillin with or without food. The chewable tablet should be chewed before you swallow it. Swallow Amoxillin capsules whole with a glass of water.This medication diminishes effect of certain contraception drugs. Continue to take this drug even if you feel fine as life circle of bacteria has certain peculiarities. If you stopped to take the drug having not completed the course of treatment it may result in their further propagation and producing of strains resistant to this medication. Do not give this drug to the sick who have similar symptoms as their illness maybe provoked by other type of microorganisms. Antibiotic medicines can cause diarrhea, inform your doctor if you have it. If you breastfeed and take Amoxicillin, the medication may excrete in milk and cause diarrhea in your baby. Microorganisms producing penicillase are resistible to Ampicillin. Flonase

Its active component, Fluticasone propionate, inhibits proliferation of mast cells, eosinophils, lymphocytes, macrophages and neutrophils, reduces production and release of inflammation mediators and other biological active substances (histamine, eicosanoids, leukotrienes and cytokines).Flonase can be sold in form of a nasal spray, inhalation aerosol and inhalation powder which are taken orally. Follow all recommendations of your doctor. Do not take doubled dose of the medication.Cautiousness should be exercised after systemic use of glucocorticoids, especially in patients with adrenal gland disorders. Inhalations of Flonase cannot be used in individuals with pulmonary tuberculosis. Treatment with help of Flonase nasal spray is recommended to be done at regular intervals. In rare cases Flonase can facilitate development of fungal infection in the nose and throat such as Candidiasis.The concomitant use of Flonase with other steroids such as prednisone and dexamethasone increases risk of developing Cushing’s syndrome. $38.94Lotrisone is an anti-fungal medication which is a lotion or cream and its active components are a combination of two drugs: a steroid (betamethasone) and an antifungal drug (clotrimazole). Clotrimazole inhibits growth of several types of fungi by affecting the process of fungal membranes formation. Betamethasone is a synthetic corticosteroid that suppress inflammation as well as the body’s immune response.Lotrisone cream should be gently massaged into the skin and around the area affected by fungi twice a day (morning and evening). Do not use bandage or wrapping over the treated area to avoid excessive absorption of the medication. Treatment of of tinea corporis or tinea cruris should not continue longer than two weeks while one of tinea pedis should not last longer than four weeks.Avoid getting of the Lotrione cream into your eyes. Steroid drugs influence activity of the adrenal, hypothalamic, and pituitary glands, can lead to excessive blood sugar levels, as well as to a Cushing’s syndrome characterized by acne, depression, excessive hair growth, humped upper back, insomnia, moon-faced appearance, muscle weakness, obese trunk, paranoia, stretch marks, stunted growth (in children), wasted limbs, and susceptibility to bruising, fractures, and infection.This medication cannot be used in children younger 17 y.o., in individuals with hypersensitivity to the components of Lotrisone, or to similar steroid and antifungal medications. It is used to treat infections of upper and low respiratory organs (tonsillitis, otitis, sinusitis, pneumonia), urogenital infections (urethritis, prostatitis, cervicitis, adnexitis caused by chlamydia, gonorrhea, early syphilis), intestinal infections, ulcer of stomach and duodenum.Take exactly as prescribed and do not discontinue your treatment even if you feel fine and your symptoms improved without your doctor’s permission. Take Zithromax tablet with a big glass of water. To prepare a liquid suspension form one dose packet mix one packet with 2 ounces of water, shake and drink at once. Do not use the suspension which was prepared longer than 12 hours ago. Tablets and suspension can be taken with or without food while capsules should be taken on an empty stomach 2 hours before or after a meal.There are no evidences if Zithromax affects an unborn baby or excretes in a breast milk.
